Hidden Creek Family Farm partners with small, local businesses that align with our heart for family, creativity, and community. Our seasonal events are family-centered, and we carefully curate vendors to keep that experience calm, meaningful, and enjoyable for all guests.
We love working with vendors who offer:

We especially enjoy supporting local makers, cottage businesses, and child entrepreneurs.
Vendor Fee: $30
Two Events Discount: $50
Three Events Discount: $70
All Four Events Discount: $90
You will have a 10x10 sq ft space.
You will need to provide your own tent, tables and chairs for your display. Your canopy tent must have weights.
Please keep in mind that we are a working farm and you will be set up in the pasture.
No electricity available at this time.
Please understand this application does not guarantee approval as we are trying to not duplicate too many vendors with similar products.
1. You must commit and reserve your spot one week prior to the event. If you are a no show or cancel the day of, you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
2. Each vendor must stay for the entire event which runs unless the organizer gives permission to pack up early. Guests are still shopping until the end and this gives vendors time as well to shop from each other.
