Visitor Waiver & Release of Liability Form

I wish to visit and/or participate in activities sponsored by HIDDEN CREEK FAMILY FARM. I understand that I do so at my own risk. I further understand that ALL ANIMALS BITE and I expressly assume the risk associated with handling/petting of any and all animals. I hereby release and waive all claims against HIDDEN CREEK FAMILY FARM any entities affiliated with the foregoing from liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my child(ren), or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with my visit or participation in any activity. Visitor and/or Guardian do hereby grant and convey unto HIDDEN CREEK FAMILY FARM all rights, title, and interest in any and all electronic and photographic images and video or audio recordings made by HIDDEN CREEK FAMILY FARM during the Visitor's activities with HIDDEN CREEK FAMILY FARM, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs, electronic images or recordings and has my permission to use those images for promotional purposes. If a Visitor/Participant is under 18, a parent or guardian MUST sign on their behalf.
